Annual Fall Harvest Celebration
Red Earth Gardens and Meskwaki Food Sovereignty Initiative invites the public to celebrate their fall harvest after the Fall Equinox. Partnered with other various tribal programs, we aim to proudly showcase our Meskwaki ancestral foods with other healthy alternatives. A traditional meal is provided along with activities such as a farm tour, bingo, music entertainment, face painting, and other exciting experiences you can share with your family.
Career Awakenings
Meskwaki Workforce Development has partnered up with the Meskwaki Settlement School to bring you an informative and exciting event! On March 10th and 12th various departments throughout the Meskwaki Settlement will present about their career and the path it took to get to where they are today. Food and incentives provided! Open to all ages.
